Description:
AKMU is inviting qualified IT service providers to submit proposals for the modernization of the university’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high-speed connectivity and enhanced digital security. The selected vendor will be responsible for campus-wide network upgrades, server enhancements, and security solutions.
Scope of Work:
Installation of high-speed fiber-optic internet across all buildings
Replacement of outdated servers with modern, high-capacity systems
Implementation of a cybersecurity framework to prevent unauthorized access
Cloud-based student and faculty data management system
24/7 IT support and maintenance contract for a period of 3 years
Bidders must have experience in handling IT projects for universities or large organizations and must provide proof of previous work. Interested firms can purchase the tender document for BDT 10,000 from the Accounts Office, AKMU.
