I would like to take the privilege to express my gratitude to the Chairman, Board of Trustees, for selecting me as the pioneering Vice-Chancellor of this prestigious university, It is a matter of great satisfaction that we effectively could start the session with five programs namely, Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Bachelor in Textile Engineering, under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, and also Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration under the Faculty of Business Studies
With the kind support of UGC and our Ministry of Education, this university has expanded in many folds. The new university has already accommodated over twelve hundred students and a substantial number of students have obtained their degree certificates successfully on time. We are currently trying to open some important multidimensional certificate courses in collaboration with Anwer Khan Modem Medical College and Hospital. We have taken the initiative to open some important academic programs with the approval of UGC expected to be started soon. They are Bachelor of Science programs in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fashion Design & Apparel Merchandising. (FDAM) and Master’s in Public Health (MPH).
We warmly welcome every individual in our endeavor to make Anwer Khan Modern University a unique hub of excellence in education, research, training and human resource development.
