Description:
Anwer Khan Modern University (AKMU) invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors and firms for the renovation and modernization of the university cafeteria. The project includes interior design upgrades, installation of new kitchen equipment, seating arrangements, and enhanced ventilation systems to improve hygiene and student experience.
Scope of Work:
Complete redesign of the cafeteria layout
Installation of modern furniture and lighting
Setup of energy-efficient kitchen appliances
Flooring, plumbing, and ventilation improvements
Waste management and sanitation systems
Interested parties must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial renovation and a proven track record of completing projects in educational institutions. The tender document, including technical specifications and bid submission guidelines, can be collected from the Procurement Office, AKMU, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of BDT 5,000.
