Description:
Anwer Khan Modern University (AKMU) is seeking qualified construction firms for the design and construction of a new academic building to accommodate growing student enrollment. The project includes a 6-story building with modern classrooms, smart labs, faculty offices, and seminar halls.
Scope of Work:
Structural design, civil work, and interior finishing
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations
Smart classrooms with digital boards and audio-visual setups
Fire safety measures and emergency exits
Green building initiatives for sustainability
The bidding firms must have at least 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects and must provide a Bank Guarantee of BDT 50,00,000 as bid security. The tender documents are available at the Administration Office, AKMU, upon payment of BDT 20,000.
