Our students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sharmin Akter Jui, Mst. Sharmin, Mst. Jesmin Akter and Md. Aryen Koraishi represented us, Anwer Khan Modern University, in the 16th National Undergraduate Mathematics Olympiad 2025 (Dhaka North Region) hosted by DIU and organized by the Bangladesh Mathematical Society in collaboration with the A F Mujibur Rahman Foundation.
It’s truly inspiring to see students from a young institution like ours stepping up to compete in such significant platforms alongside top-ranked universities. Their hard work, enthusiasm, and courage speak volumes about their potential and determination. Such initiatives not only showcase their technical acumen but also reflect the quality of education and mentorship at our university.
Special thanks to Sharmin Akter, Lecturer (Mathematics), Department of CSE, AKMU for her invaluable guidance and contribution in training sessions and supporting the students during the event. This collective effort demonstrates how teamwork and dedication can lead to remarkable accomplishments.
We look forward to seeing more such endeavors from our talented students and department, CSE, in the future!
