DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (CE) program is a four (4) year program consisting of 8 semesters of 6 months duration, 2 semesters in a year, and 20 cycles/weeks per semester.
CREDIT REQUIREMENT
This is a 167.5-credit program, including core courses consisting of laboratory work and a project/thesis of 4.5 credit hours. Each theory course contains 3.0 or 4.0 credits, and each lab course contains 1.5 or 0.75 credits. The length of each course is 20 weeks, of which 14 weeks are allotted for classes (3 hours per week). The number of classes for each course in a week is 3, consisting of 1 hour per class.
